LeVert is an American R&B vocal group from Cleveland, Ohio. Formed in 1983, the
group consisted of Sean and Gerald Levert, sons of Eddie Levert, founder and
lead singer of The O'Jays, and Marc Gordon. Their first single, "I'm Still", was
released for Harry Coombes's Tempre label. In 1985, they released their debut
album, I Get Hot, which featured tracks drawing vocal comparisons to Eddie
Levert. The following year, they released Bloodline, including the hit "(Pop,
