Litsey, a Russian pop rock girl group from Moscow, was formed on December 12,
1991. The original trio, featuring vocalist Anastasiya Makarevich, debuted with
ABBA's cover "One of Us" on the TV show Morning Star. Litsey is best known for
songs such as "Osen'" and "Kak ty o nyom mechtala." Their first album, Домашний
арест, was released in 1992. The group's line-up changed several times, but
Makarevich remained a constant member. Litsey won the Silver Microphone Award at
the Хит-парад Останкино contest in 1994.
