LINDBERG, a Japanese pop rock/rock band, was formed in 1989 and consisted of
lead singer Watase Maki, guitarist Hirakawa Tatsuya, bassist Kawazoe Tomohisa,
and drummer Koyanagi "Cherry" Masanori. The band's unique composition, featuring
a female lead vocalist, set them apart in the Japanese rock scene at the time.
LINDBERG released their debut single "ROUTE 246" in 1989, marking their entry
