Lourdes Robles
Lourdes Robles is a Puerto Rican-American singer and actress born on October 18,
1972, in San Juan. She began her career in the early 1980s as a member of the
duo Lourdes y Carlos. After appearing in the television series Barrio Cuatro
Calles, she won third place at the 1985 Festival del Sol with her composition
“No soy distinta”. That same year, she released her eponymous debut album,
Lourdes Robles, which included the tracks “Tú llegaste” and “Hasta ahora”.
