Lucy Spraggan, born on July 21, 1991 in Canterbury, Kent under the full name
Lucy Honour Ruby Spraggan, came to public attention on the TV show The X Factor
in 2012. She had only made her musical debut a year earlier, but had already put
together a first, self-produced album, Top Room at the Zoo , which dealt with
the theme of disappointment in love. She performed one of the songs from this
