Lulu James
Lulu James, born in Tanzania in the early 1990s and raised in South Shields,
England, is a British-Tanzanian singer. She began her musical journey by
enrolling in a music development course where she met her primary producer and
co-writer, DomZilla. Her debut EP Rope Mirage was released in 2012, followed by
the single "Be Safe / Stuck" under Black Butter Records. In late 2012, James
embarked on a UK tour with Hostage, Kidnap Kid, and Rudimental. Early 2013 saw
her sign with RCA Records and release the single "Closer", followed by "Sweetest
