Since its formation in Antibes (Alpes-Maritimes, France) in 1999, M83 has
blended electro, ambient and dream pop sounds with a rock universe akin to
shoegazing. Led by Anthony Gonzalez and Nicolas Fromageau, M83 made a name for
themselves in 2003 with their album Dead Cities, Red Seas & Lost Ghosts (No. 116
in France). After Nicolas Fromageau's departure, Anthony Gonzalez continued on
his own, releasing Saturdays = Youth (No. 173) in 2008. In 2011, the double
