Mads Eriksen
Mads Eriksen, born 12 October 1962 in Bergen, Norway, is a guitarist and
composer. He began playing guitar at 12 and formed the band Lorraine in 1976,
later joining Sharks & Whales and releasing the 1988 album Reaped by Man. He
launched his solo career with Journey (1990), followed by Storyteller (1991),
Intermission Troldhaugen (1993), Mads Eriksen (1994), and Suburban Cowboy
(1997). Eriksen was appointed musical ambassador of Norway in the U.S. in 1994
