Magdaléna Hajóssyová, born on July 25, 1946, in Bratislava, Slovakia, is a
classical soprano known for her international career. She trained at the Music
Academy of Bratislava and made her debut in 1967 as Barče in Bedřich Smetana's
The Kiss at the Národní divadlo Brno. In 1972, Hajóssyová became a principal
artist at the Prague State Opera, performing roles such as Countess Almaviva in
Le nozze di Figaro. She also had a notable partnership with the Berlin State
