Born Abdullah Bazencir on March 26, 1969 in Diyarbakır, Mahsun Kirmizigül is a
Turkish singer, music composer and producer of Kurdish-Zaza origin known for
working with Arabesque, folk and Fantezi styles. Growing up in a 22-children
household, he began singing at weddings to make money, before going to Istanbul
to work with Güneş Plak in 1984. He released five albums with Güneş Plak during
the 1980s: Bu da Yeter (1984), Yürek Yarası (1985), Terkedildim (1986),
