maNga
maNga, a Turkish rock band from Ankara, was formed in 2001. They gained initial
recognition by performing in local bars and contests, notably finishing second
at Sing Your Song contest. This led to their signing with Sony Music and the
release of their self-titled debut album in 2004, which topped charts and earned
gold certification. The band's music blends Western influences with traditional
Anatolian rock. In 2010, maNga represented Turkey at the Eurovision Song Contest
with "We Could Be the Same", finishing second. Their subsequent albums include
