Marcus Bosch
Marcus Bosch is a German conductor. After his studies, he began his career as a
classical conductor, working in Osnabrück, Wiesbaden, Halle, and Saarbrücken. In
1999, he was selected for the Händel-Förderpreis of the city of Halle during the
Händel Festival. He served as Generalmusikdirektor of the city of Aachen from
2002 to 2012 and of the Staatstheater Nürnberg from 2011 to 2018, while also
becoming Artistic Director of the Heidenheim Opera Festival in 2009. He has
