Martin Sasse
Martin Sasse was born on March 2, 1968, in Hamm/Westfalen, and is a German jazz
pianist, keyboardist, and composer. He studied at the Folkwang-Hochschule Essen
and later at the Musikhochschule Köln, earning a concert exam with distinction
in 1998. Sasse's early career included playing in the JugendJazzOrchester NRW
and the Bundesjazzorchester under Peter Herbolzheimer. He released his album,
Here We Come, with his trio in 2000, followed by collaborations on albums such
as A Groovy Affair featuring Peter Bernstein (2003) and Close Encounter
