Raheem Jarbo, born on September 3, 1977 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an
American underground nerdcore rapper, chiptune DJ, songwriter, author and record
producer known professionally as Mega Ran and Random. He began writing songs in
1993 and producing in 2000, releasing his debut album The Call in 2006. In 2007
he released the album Mega Ran, a tribute to the Mega Man video game series,
which secured a licensing agreement with Capcom and appearances at San Diego
