Melan
Manel Foulgoc is a French rapper and actor born in Paris. Known professionally
as Melan, he was raised in the Parisian suburbs before relocating to the Belfort
district of Toulouse at age 14. He became a member of the collective Omerta
Musik and began his recording career with the studio recording Vagabond de la
rime, vol. 1 (2012). Melan released the studio recording Vagabond de la rime,
