Melina Kana

Melina Kana, born Maria Kanata on May 29, 1966, in Thessaloniki, Greece, is a Greek singer who studied literature at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her music career began in 1987 when she collaborated with composer Stavros Kougioumtzis. Throughout the 1990s, Melina Kana released several albums including Mystika tragoudia (1991) and Tis meras ke tis nychtas (1992). Her international tours included performances in the USA, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, and Italy.
