Miguel José Cantilo, born November 5, 1949, in Buenos Aires, is an Argentine
rock and roll and folk rock singer and composer. Cantilo debuted professionally
at age 15 and appeared on the television program Telenoche in 1965. In 1968, he
formed the acoustic duo Pedro y Pablo with Jorge Durietz, releasing the single
“Yo vivo en esta ciudad” in 1969. The duo won the Festival Nacional de Música
Beat in 1970 with the song “La marcha de la bronca”. Cantilo released his first
