They're young, they're handsome, they're carefully disheveled - that's Naast. A
product of the new French rock scene, Naast is one of those neo-dandy punk
bands, generally from uptown or the suburbs, oscillating between the provocation
of gold jackets and rock that's both glamorous and trashy, in the tradition of
Bijou or the Stinky Toys. A male version of the Plastiscines, Naast and its
leader Gustave embody a new era of Myspace-generation rockers who no longer want
