Nanahira (born August 31, 1991, in Fukui Prefecture) is a Japanese singer and
songwriter recognized for her high-pitched, "child-like" vocals and her work in
the denpa, J-pop, and rock genres. Nanahira began her career in 2007 as a cover
artist on Nico Nico Douga before participating in various Touhou Project
arrangements with circles such as Halozy and IOSYS. She is strongly associated
with producer Masaya Oya, known as “Camellia”, collaborating on numerous tracks
for the BEMANI rhythm game series, including Sound Voltex and beatmania IIDX.
