Nasri Shamseddine, born Nasreddine Moustapha Shamesedine on June 27, 1927, in
Joun, Lebanon, was a Lebanese singer. In his early career, he lived briefly in
Alexandria and Cairo before returning to Beirut, where he joined the national
radio's choir. Shamseddine joined the Rahbani Brothers' troupe in the late
1950s, but embarked on a solo musical career in 1960. He collaborated
extensively with Fairuz and Wadih Al Safi, performing in various musicals from
1960 until the onset of Lebanon's civil war in 1978. His notable works feature
