never young beach
Japanese pop-rock band never young beach started out with two members in early
2014; Abe Yuma (vocals and guitar) and Matushima Akira (guitar). Three more
members, Satoshi Anan (guitar), Keiko Tatsumi (bass) and Kento Suzuki (drums)
joined later that year and the band was fully formed. Initially recording
material at home, they soon grew to popularity with their blend of J-pop and
American indie music. Founding member Akira left the band in 2018.
