New Constellations, an American rock and dream pop duo from Portland, Oregon,
was formed in 2017 by childhood friends Harlee Case and Josh Smith, who met as
teenagers in church and began collaborating again in 2015 after a social media
call for partners. Their first single, "Hot Blooded", released on January 1,
2021, quickly gained traction, accumulating over 50 million streams by summer
