Nicky Astria
Nastiti Karja Dewi (October 18, 1967), better known as Nicky Astria, is an
Indonesian singer-songwriter. Born in Bandung, West Java to a school teacher and
a musician, Nicky Astria started singing at a very early age and participated in
several competitions before deciding to pursue a music career in the early 80s.
After signing with AMK Records in 1984, she made her official debut with the
full-length Semua Dari Cinta, which was considered a commercial flop at the
