Born on May 1, 1993, in Santa Fe, Argentina, Nicolás Exequiel Mattioli—known
artistically as Nico Mattioli—began his musical journey at age seven, playing
güiro in his father Leo Mattioli’s band. By 2005, he had formed his own group
and launched a solo career that blended romantic cumbia with heartfelt
storytelling. His early albums, including Una Carta al Cielo (2012) and Yo Soy
Tu Sangre... Mi Viejo (2013), featured tributes to his father, such as "Con
