Níkos Gátsos, born on December 8, 1911, in Asea, Arcadia, Greece, was a poet,
translator, and lyricsit. He completed primary school in his birthplace and
later attended high school in Tripoli. In Athens, he began studying literature,
philosophy, and history at the University of Athens but left after two years.
Gátsos released his first album, Ματωμένος Γάμος / Παραμύθι Χωρίς Όνομα, in
1965. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, he continued to release albums including
