Number Girl is a Japanese rock group formed in Fukuoka, Japan, in 1995, formed
by Shutoku Mukai (vocals and guitar), Hisako Tabuchi (guitar), Kentaro Nakao
(bass) and Ahito Inazawa (drums). Their early musical style drew inspiration
from various genres such as punk, alternative rock, post-punk, and noise rock,
resulting in a unique and experimental sound. Their debut album, School Girl Bye
Bye, emerged in 1997 followed by single “Drunken Hearted”, however it was their
subsequent releases, "Tōmei Shōjo" (透明少女) (1999) and top 50 charting album
School Girl Distortional Addict (1999)...
