.O.Rang was an English experimental music project formed in London by Paul Webb
and Lee Harris following the dissolution of Talk Talk. Their EP Spoor was
released in 1994, followed by their first full-length album Herd of Instinct. In
1996, .O.Rang released their second album, Fields and Waves, showcasing a more
Krautrock-oriented and more structured in terms of composition, as well as being
more focused around the core duo of Webb and Harris. Notable collaborators
included Beth Gibbons of Portishead. An album with the working title Loudhailer
