Ouyang Fei Fei, born on September 10, 1949, in Taiwan, is a Taiwanese-Japanese
singer. She began her musical career with a debut performance at the Central
Hotel in Taipei in 1967 before moving to Japan to pursue a recording career.
Ouyang's breakthrough came with her debut single "Ame no Midōsuji" (Rainy
Midōsuji), released in September 1971, which sold over a million units and
reached the Number 1 position on the Oricon charts. The song was composed by The
Ventures with lyrics written by Haruo Hayashi. This success earned her the Best
