Özay Fecht, born in 1953, in Istanbul, Turkey, was a singer, actress, and educator known for her work in classical music and jazz. At the age of eighteen, she moved to Germany where she attended a private mime school and worked with a theater group. In the 1980s, Fecht released several albums including No More (1985) and Moves with Doug Hammond (1988).
