Ģirts Rozentāls, known professionally as Ozols, is a Latvian rapper, songwriter,
record producer, and entrepreneur who was born on July 21, 1979, in Riga,
Latvian SSR. In 1995, Rozentāls joined the first hip-hop group in Latvia, FACT,
co-writing tracks with Gustavo and Čižiks before launching a solo career in the
early 2000s. His debut single, “Neko 2005” (2000), preceded the debut studio
