Karin Anneli Catarina Pandora Magnusson, known professionally as Pandora, was born on January 20, 1970 in Sweden and is a singer. She learned to play the guitar at an early age and began performing on stage during her teenage years, playing acoustic versions of songs and singing rock covers with various bands. In 1993, Magnusson moved to Stockholm and signed with Virgin Records under the artist name Pandora.
