PapiJay
Papi Jay is a Quebec artist of Haitian origin, with a style that fuses rap, R&B
and Haitian konpa. He made a name for himself when he took part in season 9 of
Quebec's La Voix. During the contest, he covered Mario's song "Pleurs dans la
pluie" Pleurs dans la pluie " by Mario Pelchat, which reached the top 5 of the
Quebec charts. In October 2023, he joins the Kanda Gang collective, with whom he
presents the song " Première classe ". In 2024, Papi Jay releases his first
album, Debouya.
