Partners-N-Crime, an American hip-hop group from New Orleans, Louisiana, was formed by Kango Slimm and Mr. Meana. The duo met in high school through a mutual friend while growing up in the 17th Ward of New Orleans. Their early releases included P.N.C (1994), Pump tha Party (Puttin' In Work) (1995) featuring Prime Time, and PNC 3 (1995). The group created their own imprint, Crime Lab Entertainment, a division of Juvenile's UTP label. Their subsequent albums include Whatcha Wanna Do?
