Patrick Lindner
Patrick Lindner is a German Schlager singer born Friedrich Günther Raab on
September 27, 1960, in Munich, Germany. Raised in Sendling, he worked as a cook
at the Hotel Bayerischer Hof before making his musical breakthrough in 1989 with
“Die kloane Tür zum Paradies”, which placed 2nd at the Grand Prix der
Volksmusik. He released successful albums including Die kleinen Dinge des Lebens
(1990), Weihnachten mit Patrick Lindner (1990), and Liebe ist das Salz der Erde
(1994). His 1998 album Himmelweit marked a transition toward modern
pop-schlager, followed by albums such as Stark genu...
