Percee P
John Percy Simon, known professionally as Percee P, and born on 9 July 1969 in
the Bronx, New York City, is a rapper. His career began with the single "Now
They Wanna See Me" in 1992, followed by "Nowhere Near Simple" in 1996. In 2007,
he released his debut studio album Perseverance on Stones Throw Records,
produced entirely by Madlib and featuring guests Aesop Rock and Chali 2na. He
also notably collaborated with Lord Finesse. Subsequent singles include "The
Hand That Leads You" (2007) and "Third Degree Burns" (2023).
