Peter Jöback
Peter Jöback is a Swedish pop singer and musical theater actor whose roles
include the titular character in the Broadway production of The Phantom of the
Opera. He was born in Stockholm, Sweden, on June 4 1971. Attending Adolf
Fredrik's Music School in Sweden, he became a skilled performer at a young age.
His debut album, Peter Jöback, was released in 1993. Two years later, he starred
in the first production of Kristina från Duvemåla, a musical written by ABBA's
Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson. The show's soundtrack became a multi-platinum
