Taiwanese actor and singer Pets Tseng Pei-tzu, known professionally as Pets
Tseng, was born in Taipei on October 21, 1984, and gained national exposure in
2007 after competing in the second season of singing competition program One
Million Star. After finishing sixth place, she made her small-screen debut on
the Taiwanese TV series K.O.3an Guo, which starred George Hu, Xiu, Kirsten Ren,
