Picastro, a Canadian slowcore and rock music band formed in 1998 in Toronto,
Ontario. The band's debut album Red Your Blues was released in 2002, featuring
heavy instrumental music complemented by Liz Hysen’s vocals. This album garnered
significant attention, including being named Album of the Week in the London
Sunday Times and appearances on BBC Radio 6 and WFMU. Following this
