Priscilla Herdman

Priscilla Herdman, born February 11, 1948, in Eastchester, New York, is an American folk singer. She attended the University of Iowa and later graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. While working in the fashion industry, she began performing in coffeehouses and church basements, eventually moving to Philadelphia in 1976 to pursue a professional singing career. Her first album, The Water Lily, was released in 1977 on the Philo label.
