Prodige Namor was a French hip-hop group from Marseille. Formed in the mid-1990s
by Jean-Michel Steyer, known professionally as Namor, the group also included
Saïd Radjiabou, Maroco, and DJ Majestic. In 1997, the group released the
self-produced maxi single “Bienvenue dans le traquenard”. Their debut album,
L'heure de vérité, was produced by Crépuscule France and distributed by PIAS on
March 8, 1999. The recording featured guest appearances by artists such as
Mystik, Faf Larage, and Freeman on conceptual interludes, as well as
