PRODUCE 101 is a South Korean reality competition show created by Mnet,
premiering on January 22, 2016. The concept involved audience participation in
selecting the final group's members, debut song, and name from 101 contestants
representing various entertainment companies. Produced in collaboration with 46
entertainment agencies, the first season featured female contestants, with the
