Púlsar
A French progressive rock band formed in Lyon in 1970, Pulsar has reformed
several times around founding members Jacques Roman (keyboards), Gilbert Gandil
(guitar, vocals), Roland Richard (piano, flute) and Victor Bosch (drums).
Originally a rhythm'n'blues trio called Free Sound from 1966 onwards, the group
evolved towards progressive rock with Roland Richard, then Philippe Roman
(bass). In 1971, Pulsar took part in the Groovy Pop Session concert at Golf
Drouot, which resulted in a compilation with other groups such as Ange. The
