Pythagoras Papastamatiou, born on April 12, 1930, in Agrinio, Greece, was a
lyricist, actor, screenwriter, and playwright. He began his career by studying
at the Athens Conservatory under Dimítris Rondíris and later shifted towards
writing texts, critiques, and scripts for cinema. In 1967, he released the
singles "Φοβήθηκες Τη Φτώχεια Μου / Ώρα Καλή" and "Στου Χαροκόπου Και Στη
Καλλιθέα / Με Ποιο Δικαίωμα". His breakthrough came with the album Ο Σταμούλης Ο
