Rantanplan
Rantanplan is a ska-punk band from Germany that was founded in 1995. Musically,
the band moves between rock, ska and punk. A sung poem, for example by Rainer
Maria Rilke, Bertolt Brecht or Friedrich Nitzsche, becomes the band's trademark
on many albums. In 1996, Rantanplan released their debut album Kein
Schulterklopfen (Gegen den Trend). The band went on to regularly release albums
and EPs. In 2017, the album Licht und Schatten made it into the charts for the
