Real name Dequantes Devontay Lamar, American rapper Rich Homie Quan was born in
Atlanta, Georgia, on October 4, 1989. Interested in a career as a professional
baseball player, he eventually abandoned this activity in favor of rap.
Influenced by the Dirty South style, he recorded the first in a long series of
mixtapes, I Go In on Every Song (2012), followed the same year by Still Going
