Ronald Michael Carroll, known professionally as Ron Carroll, was born on April
20, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois. DJ, singer, songwriter, and producer
specializing in house music, he started his music career as a singer and DJ,
performing at local clubs he opened himself. His first official release was "My
