Rooster
Rooster was an English rock band from Eastbourne, East Sussex, formed in late
2003. The group consisted of Nick Atkinson on lead vocals, Luke Potashnick on
guitar, Ben Smyth on bass guitar and backing vocals, and Dave Neale on drums.
After the disbandment of Atkinson's previous band, 50.Grind, he and childhood
friend Potashnick began writing songs together, eventually forming Rooster. The
band signed with Sony BMG sub-label Brightside Recordings and released their
debut single "Come Get Some" in October 2004, which reached number 7 on the UK
