Ryudo Uzaki, born on February 23, 1946 in Kyoto, Japan, is a Japanese singer,
composer, and actor. His early career saw him rise to prominence with the Down
Town Boogie Woogie Band, one of the most notable rock bands of the 1970s in
Japan. Uzaki's musical journey included composing numerous songs for Momoe
Yamaguchi alongside his wife, lyricist and actress Yoko Aki. His discography
featured several albums, including Sweet Soul Ballad (1998), ブルースで死にな (2008) and
