Samantha Ronson
Samantha Ronson is an English disc jockey, singer, and songwriter who became the
first rock artist signed to the label Roc-A-Fella Records. Born in Camden,
London, on August 7, 1977, she grew up as the daughter of writer Ann
Dexter-Jones and music executive Laurence Ronson. After her parents' divorce,
she relocated to New York City at six years of age, where her childhood was
heavily surrounded by music through her stepfather, Foreigner guitarist Mick
