Sandro Silva, real name Shandro Jahangier, is a Dutch DJ and producer born in
Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, on February 19, 1992. Active since the late 2000s,
he is considered one of the pioneers of big room house, a subgenre of electro
house with deep bass, breaks and reverb effects. He gained worldwide recognition
in 2011 with the track "Epic", produced in collaboration with Quintino and
released on Tiësto's Musical Freedom label. This track is often cited as one of
